John Baker

John Baker, 88, passed away May 26, 2021 in Fort Worth.

John was born April 1, 1933 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Elman Stephens Baker and Nellie May Martin Baker.  He served active duty in the U.S. Navy as a medical corpsman and then spent several years in the Naval Reserve.  John worked for many companies in the aircraft industry, eventually retiring from Lockheed.  He had many talents, a singer, musician on several instruments, actor, photographer, and author, just to name a few.

John was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Vince Baker, and his sister, Peggy Jane Baker.

Survivors:  Loving wife, Ellen Camp; grandson, Logan Baker and wife, Kate of Hutchinson, Kansas; stepson, Vernon Camp; several great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
