William Hill, Jr.

Bob Hill, 85, of Benbrook, passed away December 23, 2020 in Fort Worth.

Visitation: 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas, 76126. Funeral service: 11 a.m., Tuesday. Burial: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.

Bob was born May 21, 1935 in Wilmington, Delaware. He retired after 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. After retirement he then worked at the American Tobacco Co. and retired from them as well. He also served as a volunteer for over 20 years at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Bob loved to travel. He favorite spot in the U.S. was Las Vegas but he loved their travels in Europe as well.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors: Loving wife of 64 years, Katharina Hill; daughter, Evelyn Woods (Kerrey); three grandchildren; and five beloved great-grandchildren.
