Graveside services: 2 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2017 in Annetta Cemetery, Annetta, Texas. Visitation: 2-4:00 p.m., Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, TX 76126.
Tina was born December 13, 1968 in Arlington.
Survivors: Husband, Thomas Brown; parents, Donald and Vivian Neel; and a number of loving family and friends.
