Thomas was born July 7, 1945, in Dublin, Ireland. Determined to realize the American Dream, he immigrated with his family to the United States, May 18, 1988. An accomplished chef and carpenter by trade, Thomas is fondly remembered by his family, friends and colleagues all over the world.
