Sherry Walker

Sherry Walker, 64, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, January 28, 2022.

Mrs. Walker grew up in Fort Worth and attended Western Hills High School.  She graduated from Texas Wesleyan University where she met her husband, David.

Sherry is proceeded in death by her parents, Nathan “Buck” Stockard and Nelda Strain.  Sherry loved and enjoyed her time with family and will be missed by them all.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 27 years, David E. Walker; sister, Judy Kolar of Azle; mother-in-law, Patty Walker of Fort Worth; brother-in-law, Russell Walker; sister-in-law and spouse, Dana and David Purczinsky; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nephews.

Her family would like to thank the staff and members at Grace Church Southwest and Doxology Bible Church for their love and encouragement during this time.

Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 31, 2022, at Grace Church SW, 8500 Chapin Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76116.  Visitation and viewing:  2-4:00 p.m., Sunday, January 30th at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas 76126.
