Sheila Ann Weise, age 72, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026. She was born on July 30, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, to Fred Weise Jr. and Dorothy Elledge Weise.

Sheila was a mother and grandmother whose warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Jennifer Ann Watkins, and her cherished grandchildren: Ryan, Ethan, Sabrina, Lauren, and Emily, who brought her joy and pride. She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Castro.

Sheila found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She loved writing thoughtful cards to her family and friends, often including her favorite scripture, Psalms 100, a reflection of her deep and abiding faith. She also enjoyed cooking and writing recipes. She rarely missed her daily Dr Pepper, which she fondly joked was “just what the doctor ordered.”

She will be remembered for her carefree spirit, her sense of humor, and the love she shared so freely with those around her.

A private service will be held in her honor at a later date.
