Ricardo Burgos

Ricardo “Chico” Burgos, age 54; loving husband of Alesia; devoted father of Aryana, Veronica, and Rico; beloved son of RoseMarie Burgos; and cherished brother of Lisa Burgos, passed away on August 6, 2021, from Covid-19.

Chico was an American Airlines aircraft mechanic for 35 years. We all remember him because of his whimsical storytelling, addictive laughter, and his instinctive need to help others.

His care for others was like no other.  He always knew how to fix and build anything. His passion for making the world a better place was unlimited.

May his inspirational legacy continue on in our hearts, and his genuine behaviors influence us all, to be just like Ricardo “Chico” Burgos.

Memorial Service:  2:00 p.m., Friday, August 27, 2021 at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 509 W. Magnolia Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76104.  A get together after the service will be announced.

Memorials:  In lieu of flowers, we will gladly accept a donation towards the Sansum Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.  Any donation would be appreciated.
