Redmond was born as the only child to Mary and Leon Savage of Weatherford, Texas.  She is proceeded in death by her husband of 55 years, Ernest Warren.  They were longtime residents of Fort Worth after having met at a “blind date” in college.

Redmond earned her teaching degree at North Texas University and later earned her master’s degree from Texas Christian University.  Over her 31-year career as a Kindergarten Teacher, she is remembered by many former students and families, primarily at her main school, Westcreek Elementary.  Her dedication to teaching young students will be her legacy of a well spent purposeful life.

In her spare time, Redmond was an avid traveler and enjoyed spending her summers touring the world.  Traveling with her was always a treat since she got so much joy out of new places and people.  At home, Redmond was busy with several sororities in Fort Worth and was always ready to cheer on her beloved football team at TCU.

Survivors:  She is survived by her daughters, Kathryn, Sarah and Elizabeth and sons-in-law, Prescott, Doug, and John.  She is especially remembered by her many grandchildren, Kate, Mike, Will, Warren, Wesley, Connor, and Oliver.  Her pride and joy were her great-grandchildren, Sean, Ewan, and Bridget.  As our “Gan” she will be missed by her many friends and family.
