WEATHERFORD -- Nora Lee Walker McCauley, 97, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 in Fort Worth.
Graveside service: 2 p.m., Wednesday in Snow Hill Cemetery, Morris County, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook.
Nora McCauley was born June 7, 1917 in Daingerfield to William Alonzo Walker and Geneva Belle Foster Walker. Nora Lee loved to fish and cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy McCauley on Feb. 12, 1994; son, Johnny McCauley on Nov. 12, 2004; daughter, Betty Murray on Jan. 25, 2005; and an infant daughter in 1940.
Nora is survived by her son-in-law, Charles Murray and wife, Margaret of Weatherford; grandson, Kevin Murray and wife, Joanne of Haslet; granddaughter, Kim Shannon and husband, Curt of Benbrook; four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
