Michael Eric Cabello, 38, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Prayer Service (Rosary):  6:00 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas 76126.  Visitation will follow from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.  Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 12, 2022, Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 3312 Dryden Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76109. His interment will follow his funeral service immediately at Greenwood Memorial Park, 3100 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.

Michael, better known to family and friends as Eric, was born January 5, 1984. Eric grew up in Fort Worth as the youngest of four siblings and attended Southwest High School. He was a kind soul and was loved by all who knew him. Eric enjoyed fishing and one of his favorite holidays was Independence Day because he loved to watch fireworks. His eyes would light up every year like he was seeing them for the first time. Although Eric did not have any children of his own, he enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews almost daily, and they all loved him dearly.

Michael was preceded in death by his Paternal grandparents, Alejandro, and Genoveva Cabello; Maternal grandparents, Santiago, and Andrea Hernandez; brother, Randon J. Cabello; and uncle, Anthony Hernandez.

Survivors include his parents, Richard S. Cabello, Sr., and Yolanda Cabello; sister, Geneva Fernandez and spouse, Fernando Fernandez; brother, Richard Cabello Jr., and spouse, Crystal Moralez-Cabello; nieces, Angelica, Hannah, and Trinity; nephews, Christian, Rolando, Jacob, and Nathan; great-nephew, Noah; and many close cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
