Marilyn Burns

Marilyn Ruth Burns, 77, went to be with her Lord & Savior on October 31, 2020, surrounded by her friend Jill & her Sunrise Senior Living Family.

Memorial service: 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in the Ricker Conference Center at Birchman Baptist Church, 9100 North Normandale, Fort Worth, Texas.

Marilyn was born in Hammond, Indiana September 4, 1943 and she lived in several states growing up. She attended nursing school in Montana and worked as a nurse for many years. After she retired she got involved in the Senior Adult Ministry at Birchman Baptist Church. Marilyn loved teaching Sunday School & ministering to others.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest & Helen Burns and her sister, Carolyn.

She is survived by her cousins in Missouri & Washington, her Birchman Family and those who loved and cared for her at Sunrise Senior Living of Fort Worth. Marilyn will be missed by many friends.

She will be buried in Branson, Montana.
