Lonnie Moore

Lonnie Jean Moore, 88, of White Settlement, passed away December 18, 2020 after a year-long battle with cancer.

Funeral service: 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 21, 2020 at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas 76126. Visitation: 1-2 p.m., Monday, prior to the funeral. Officiating: Rick Smelley and Danny Moore with music by Andy Hutchison.

Lonnie Moore was born August 6, 1932 in Provencal, Louisiana to George and Ida Moore. He retired as a TSGT in the Air Force after serving 20 years. Lonnie is preceded in death by his wife, Katsuko “Betty” Moore in July 2011.

Survivors: Son, James Moore; son, Danny Moore and wife, Ruth; and grandchildren, Zachary and Grace.
