BENBROOK -- Laurie Ann Gomez became very ill and passed away suddenly Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook. Visitation: 11 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
Laurie Ann Gomez was born in Weatherford to proud parents, Larry and Shirley Anderson, on May 14, 1973. She lived in Weatherford most of her life and went to Shirley Hall Middle School and later got her diploma. She worked for Farmer's Market, State Farm Insurance and Pulido's. She moved to Fort Worth with the love of her life, Robert Gomez. They were married on Nov. 27, 2002 and were happily married for 13 years. She assumed the role of a loving housewife, mother and Nana.
Survivors: She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Gomez; parents, Larry and Shirley Anderson; sister, Darinda Buckingham; children, Justin Stover, Marcus Anderson, and Kourtney Mattocks; grandchildren, Josalyn Anderson, Emmy Mendoza, Brayson Mattocks, Camerie Ann Carr, Jaden, Jackson, and Jenna Stover; numerous nieces and nephews; and her close girls, Crissie Hinkle, Shantelle Snell, and Hanna Nguyen.
