James Ashley Jr.

James E. Ashley, Jr., 59, passed away June 3, 2015.
Funeral service: 11 a.m., Saturday, June 6, at Bethesda United Methodist Church, 6657 FM 113, Weatherford. Pastor Brady Johnston will officiate. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook. Burial: Bethesda Cemetery.
James grew up in Arlington and attended school there. He went on to work in the automobile business at Moritz Cadillac, Bill McDavid Pontiac and took retirement after many years of service as body shop manager for Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. He was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church.
James was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed.
James is survived by his wife, Brenda; parents, James and Ashley Sr. and Jean Ashley (Glenn), all of Weatherford. He also leaves behind his son, Tyler Ashley and wife, Amanda, and unborn grandchild, of Mineral Wells; sisters, Sandra Crook and husband, Jim, of Springtown; Laurie Kellner and husband, Jim, of Fort Worth, and Kathy Ashley, of Pottsboro; along with many other relatives.
