Jacob Dean Shoemaker, 33, passed away unexpectedly June 14, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Celebration of Life: Jacob's family is hosting a get-together Sunday, June 25th at 10 a.m. at the Japanese Gardens in the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. No formal service. Just friends sharing stories about Jacob. Dress comfortably. Go to ticket booth at Japanese Gardens and tell them you are attending memorial service for Jacob. They will give you map and directions. Parking is free as long as it lasts.
