Memorial service: 6 p.m. Monday, Westland Heights Baptist, Fort Worth.
Survivors: Daughters, Tabitha Walker and Beronica Ratliff; grandchildren, Brittny, Alex, Tracey, Victoria, Hayley and Cody; great-grandchild, Braxtynn.
