Helen Rice

Helen Frances Rice, 81, of Benbrook, passed away Monday, Aug. 24, 2015.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Friday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook.
Memorials: Should friends desire, contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
Helen was born Nov. 27, 1933, in Dyersburg, Tenn., to James Arthur and Lillie May Graves. She retired from Bell Helicopter in 1997. Helen was beautiful, loving and thoughtful. She was a very sweet and smart woman who loved to read and shop all year for Christmas.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; husband of 60 years, Thomas Rice; and son-in-law, Keith Daniels.
Survivors: Children, Tommy Rice Jr., Steven Rice and Denise "Denny" Daniels, all of Benbrook; granddaughter, Lindsay Hale and husband, Tyson; great-grandsons, Hagan and Haustin; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
