Gladys Barnes

FORT WORTH -- Gladys J. "Jo" Barnes, 77, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016.
Graveside services: 2 p.m., Wednesday at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth.
Jo was born April 13, 1938 in Amarillo. She loved her family, friends, and church family deeply. Jo was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Barnes; daughter, Gale Simmons; and grandson, Robert Simmons.
Survivors: Son, Michael Barnes and wife, Carlyne; grandchildren, Richard Simmons, Melissa Ennis and husband, Clint, and Marcus Barnes and wife, Krista; great-grandchildren, Jensen Ennis and Addison Barnes; and best friend, Billie Jones.
