Floyd Hoffman

WHITE SETTLEMENT -- Floyd Hoffman, 79, joined his Heavenly Father on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, surrounded by family in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Willow Park Baptist Church, 129 S. Ranch House Road, Aledo. Interment: Prairie Valley Cemetery, 741 County Road 2101, Whitney, Hill County. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook.
Floyd Conrad Hoffman was born Nov. 21, 1936, in Hamilton, son of the late Lawrence and Flora Bottlinger Hoffman. He graduated with the class of 1956 from Brewer High School and married the former Barbara Ann Ivy in 1960. Floyd made his career with Lockheed Martin and retired after 32 1/2 years of dedicated service.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Alvin Hoffman.
Survivors: Wife, Barbara Hoffman; son, Dean Hoffman; daughters, LaDonna Mitchell and Selma Hoffman; grandsons, Jason Holyfield, Cameron Hoffman and Chad Hoffman; granddaughter, Tamara Holyfield; great-grandsons, Jacob Boyd, Bryson Hoffman and Ziegen Hoffman; sisters, Lorena Gibson and Hertha Kruse; and a host of loving church family and friends.
