Donna Mitchell

Donna M. (Perrier) Mitchell, 56, went to meet her Lord and Savior on April 10, 2023. She passed away in Fort Worth, Texas, surrounded by the love of all her family members who will continue to honor her memory.

Donna was born January 6, 1967, in Jacksonville, Arkansas to Andrew R. Perrier and Judy V. Perrier. She resided in Benbrook, Texas and was a 1985 graduate of Western Hills High School. Donna also attended classes at Tarrant County Community College. She worked at Christ the King Church in Fort Worth as a parish secretary until relocating to a country home in Forestburg, Texas with her husband, Glen, to live out their retirement years together.

Donna was the most charismatic, independent, and loving wife, and mother to her husband and six children. Her capacity for kindness and grace was endless. Her love showed no bounds and was unconditional. Donna never met a stranger, and with just a hug and a smile, could make those around her feel like family. She had no filters, and was open, honest, and outspoken without judgement. Donna loved to laugh, cook, garden, and above all, loved her family.

Donna is survived by her husband, Glen; her children, Richard, Amanda, Nicholas, Autumn, Ryan, and Brooke; her grandchildren, Millicent, William, Charles, Brooklyn, and Ashlyn; her parents, Andrew and Judy; her in-laws, William and Sharon; her brothers, Andy and Stephen; her niece Christina; and her nephew, A.J.

A Celebration of her life will be held at Christ the King Church at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023, with reception to follow in the parish hall, 3290 Lackland Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76116. For more information please contact (817) 249-2613.
