Donna Mccalla

Donna Jean McCalla, 75, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 10, 2022.

When our life is over, everything we did and all that we are is represented by a single dash between two dates - Donna’s dash could never be properly defined by what she owned, the jobs she held or the places she’s been. Her dash is a legacy of love. Her kindness, generosity, compassion, and servant heart were well known by all. Her fierce love for her family was an immovable force that along with her faith sustained them through many tribulations. Her grace and loving spirit endured throughout her long illness. Her concern was never for herself, but only for those she would leave behind. She loved greatly and was loved greatly.

Those left to cherish her memory are: Her loving husband of 22 years, David McCalla; brother, Billy Nelson of Conley, Georgia; daughter, Janet Cunningham of Cale, Arkansas; daughter, Sandy Davis of Crowley, Texas; daughter, Sandra Pearce and husband, Ted of El Paso, Texas; daughterc Susan Farris-Olah and wife, Sandy of Azle, Texas; son, Russell Farris and wife, Cathy of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Whitehead, Kristen Rodeheaver, Cheyanne Cunningham, Amber Souther, Tiffany Davis, Sydney Skinner, Albert Nungaray, Laura Nungaray, Cody Beltran Pearce, Chandler Farris-Olah, Oliver Farris-Olah, and Arianna Farris; as well as 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
