Donald Kinney

Donald Lee Kinney, 82, passed away October 26, 2015.
Private services will be held at a later date, with military honors.
Donald was born Dec. 3, 1932 in Iraan, Texas. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, graduate of UNT and dedicated lifelong Industrial Arts high school teacher in Fort Worth and Dallas school districts. Donald loved family, was an avid outdoorsman and accomplished craftsman in many hobbies. He was a former member of White Settlement Baptist Church.
He was predeceased by daughter, Dana Kelley Messick.
Donald is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Josephine Kinney; daughters, Jill Childs and husband, Mark; and Leah Zaayer and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Blake Childs (Cristal), Derek Childs (Beth), Erin Miller (Ryan), Chase Kelley, Adam and Ethan Zaayer; great-grandchildren, Luke Childs, Casen and Kadence Miller, and Connor Zaayer; and his brother, Wayne Kinney.
