BENBROOK -- Clifford Phillips, 58, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road. Interment: 4 p.m. in Rucker Cemetery in Troup. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Winscott Road Funeral Home.
Clifford was born Oct. 4, 1955, in Denton. He was employed by General Motors for 30 years.
Clifford was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Phillips; brother, William Phillips; and nephew, Bret Bilbrey.
Survivors: Loving wife of 40 years, Cynthia Kay Phillips; son, Kevin Phillips; daughter, Michelle Higgins; mother, Minnie Sellers; siblings, Luella Beard (Mike), Marie Moon (Keith), Diane Boiles (Dennis), Leon Phillips (Norma), Thomas Phillips (Janet) and Norma Denton (Jamie); former brother-in-law, Tommy Riddle; granddaughters, Kaitlyn Rodman and Kimberly Higgins; father-in-law, R.T. Fields; brother-in-law, Billy Fields; and a host of nephews and nieces.
