BENBROOK -- Christina Marie Shidal, 46, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Worth Baptist Church, 4900 Campus Drive, Fort Worth 76119. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Worth Baptist Church. Designate in memory of Christy Shidal for Melissa Houston, a missionary to Croatia and personal friend of Christy.
Christy was born Nov. 19, 1967, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She worked for the city of Hurst as a 911 emergency dispatcher.
Survivors: Parents, Jerry and Gay Shidal of Benbrook; brother, Tim Shidal and wife, Jennifer, of Benbrook; nieces, Glorianna, Joyanna, and Susanna Shidal of Benbrook; grandmother, Reba Shidal of Monroe, N.C.; aunt, Vicki Murdoch and husband, Bob, of Newport, N.C.; and uncle, Steve Bosher and wife, Caroll, of Shreveport, La.
