Charles Parks

Charles K. Parks, 78, a retired business owner, passed away Friday, Nov. 7, 2014.
Funeral service: 3 p.m., Tuesday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road. Visitation: 2 to 3 p.m., Tuesday.
Memorials: Wounded Warriors Foundation.
Charles was born Feb. 18, 1936 in Hubbard to Charles Ray and Treva Alene Parks. He was a mason with a Waco chapter. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife of 47 years, Frances, and son, Rance Michael Parks.
Survivors: Sons, Greg Parks and wife, Pamela of Aledo, and Tyler Parks and wife, Hope of Aubrey; daughter, Dena Klover and significant other, Michael Kessler of Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter-in-law, Ruby Parks; and grandchildren, Deirdre, John, Natalie, Preston, Presleigh, Caroline, Paige and Harrison; sisters, Ray Ann Collier and Barbara Jones, both of Waco; and many nieces and nephews.
