Carolyn Richeson

Carolyn Kay Andrews Richeson, 75, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in Fort Worth surrounded by her loving family.
Celebration of Life: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018, at First Baptist Church of Benbrook, 1015 McKinley Street, Benbrook 76126.
Carolyn was born Feb. 13, 1943 in Marietta, Okla. to Roy Houston Andrews and Dorothy Tynes Andrews. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benbrook for over 50 years. Carolyn retired from Fort Worth ISD after 25+ years as a teacher's assistant working with special needs children. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, cooking and needlepoint.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 55 years, James Everett Richeson Jr. in 2016.
Survivors: Son, James Everett Richeson, III; daughters, Rhonda Richeson and Belinda Baker; five grandchildren, Kali Marie Kuban and husband, Steven, Collin Andrew Richeson, Randall James Baker, Alex Wayne Baker and Sara Elizabeth Baker; great-grandson, Collier James Kuban; brother, Roy Andrews and wife, Sherry; sister, Judy Wright and husband, Tom; nieces, nephews; and many loving relatives and friends.
