Billy Ross

GRANBURY -- Billy Joe Ross, 86, passed away Friday, Sept. 5, 2014, after a short battle with cancer.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the funeral.
Bill was born May 11, 1928. He retired in Granbury after living and working in Fort Worth for most of his life. Bill loved working on cars, drag racing, and living on the lake.
Survivors: Loving wife of 69 years, Ada "Snooks" Ross; sister, Betsy Bushnell; daughter, Patsy Ross; son, Billy Joe Ross Jr. and wife, Timi; grandchildren, Rusty Ross, Beau Ross and Justin Ross; and four great-grandchildren.
