Memorial service:
10:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 8, at Splash Dayz Waterpark and Convention Center in White Settlement.
Survivors:
Children, Gloria McDade and her husband, Larry, Barbara Smith and Kenneth Alley; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
