Andrew Cooper

It is with deep sorrow and the greatest regret that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, son, and brother, Andrew James Cooper on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the age of 29.

Visitation: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas 76126. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

We take great comfort in knowing that Andrew is no longer suffering and was welcomed into Heaven by his grandparents that have passed before him.

Andrew was born May 30, 1990 in Fort Worth, Texas. Andrew lived for several years in Findlay, Ohio where he met his wife, Tara and together they had their two sons. As a child, Andrew enjoyed playing baseball at Western Hills Little League. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, watching movies, skateboarding and wakeboarding. Above all else, Andrew loved spending time with his family.

Andrew will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving father, warm hearted, goofy with an infectious laugh and smile, and a hard-worker with enthusiasm for all he did.

Survivors: Andrew is survived by his wife, Tara, and their two sons, Terrence and Castiel; mother and stepfather, Amy and Robert Dickerson; father, Kevin Cooper; grandparents, Aubrey and Sharon Dickerson; sisters, Amanda (Clinton) May, Amber (Ryan) Cleaver, and Alyssa Dickerson; brother, Aiden Dickerson; nephews, Grady and Henry May; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
