Alta Thompson

CROWLEY -- Alta Roe Thompson, 97, entered into paradise on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015.
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Friday at St. Francis Village, 4070 St. Francis Village Road, Crowley. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Catholic Chapel lounge at St. Francis Village.
Alta was born Dec. 8, 1917, in Jarrell. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dedicated servant of the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Thompson.
Survivors: Daughter, Janie Wolfe (Dave); son, Joe Thompson (Cheryl); grandchildren, Courtney Dunwoody, Adam Vollmer and Tyler Thompson; and great-grandson, Logan Blaze Thompson.
