Ada Lou Ross

Ada Lou Ross, 96, loving wife, mother, and "Granny", passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023 peacefully at her home.

Funeral Services: 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2023 at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas.  Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth. Visitation: 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday, prior to her funeral service.

Ada Lou was born July 22, 1927 in Waco, Texas. She and Bill were married September 1, 1945 and they had two children. She was a devoted wife for 69 years, before Bill passed away in 2014. Ada lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling, going to drag races and concerts, and following her beloved Elvis! Ada had a beautiful spirit and was loved by everyone.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Joe Ross, Sr.

Survivors:  Daughter, Patsy Ross; son, Billy Joe Ross Jr. and wife, Timi; sister, Dorothy Melton; grandchildren, Rusty Ross (Jessica), Beau Ross (Natalie) and Justin Ross (Mel); and six great-grandchildren.
