NOV. 2007 NEWS -- WINSCOTT ROAD FUNERAL HOME IS COMPLETING DESIGNS FOR A NEW CHAPEL FACILITY, TO BE BUILT AT THE CURRENT LOCATION.  GROUNDBREAKING IS PLANNED FOR EARLY 2008.

Our Facilities:

Winscott Road Funeral Home is conveniently located two blocks south of I-20 on Winscott Road (exit 429B/Winscott Road, approximately one mile west of Bryant Irvin Road).  The building is designed with a modern, home-like atmosphere. The current funeral home has two private state rooms; a lovely sitting area serving the state rooms; a chapel which seats up to 100 people; a complete music room featuring selections from our music collection or private selections including live vocal and accompaniment on organ or electronic keyboard; and a coffee kitchen for family use.

We proudly serve the surrounding communities through involvement with
Chambers of Commerce, Community Center YMCA, Lions Club, Rotary Club, and our support of
religious, school and community public-interest and fundraising programs.
