for Sixth Consecutive Year

Funeral Home is the State's only facility to be awarded the prestigious
Five Star Award six times. The Texas Department of State Health Services/Vital Statistics has presented Winscott Road Funeral Home the 2004,
2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Five Star Funeral Home Award. Nominated by
the Tarrant County Bureau of Vital Statistics and
other cities, and selected by the state agency, Winscott Road Funeral Home is
pleased to have received this honor for six consecutive years.
"The award is truly an indication of a well-run funeral home," said Susan Rodriguez of the Texas Department of State Health Services/Vital Statistics in Austin. The Texas Funeral Service Commission in Austin reported over
1,400 licensed funeral homes in Texas in 2007/08.
